Detailed Solution – Minimum age for Prime Minister of Pakistan
The minimum age for the Prime Minister of Pakistan under the 1973 constitution is 25 years.
I think the age for Prime Minister is 35 years according to the constitution of 1973. So, please correct this MCQ.
Thank you for your keen observation.
Article 62(1b) of the 1973 Constitution states:
A person shall not be qualified to be elected or chosen as a member of Parliament unless he is, in case of the National Assembly not less than twenty-five years of age.
If you can provide a reference from the constitution or any other authentic reference that will be helpful.
Sir for the member of national assembly the minimum age is 25. For the PM ,the minimum age is 35.
this is for MNA not for PM
