Let age of younger brother be x
Given
Age of Ali = Age of younger brother + 15
Age of Ali = x + 15 . . . . . (1)
Also age of Ali = 2 (Age of younger brother)
Age of Ali = 2x . . . . . (2)

From eq (1) and (2)
x + 15 = 2x
2x – x = 15
x = 15.
